My Go-To Look

Ok, so in the fashion world and in the real world, you hear this question a lot….”what is your go-to look?”

I asked myself this question and I will admit it took a moment of pause and sincere thinking within myself to identify what my go-to look or looks are and why. First off, let me say that I definitely have more than one go-to look, I have a casual go-to, a more dressy go-to, and one that is kind of in between. Today’s post is all about that in between go-to look and when I say it’s a go-to look that means that it is something I am wearing often, no matter what season and no matter where I am. This look consists of three items that make up the base of my look: a cozy/comfy turtleneck, boyfriend jeans, and some boots/booties. I absolutely love this combination of items and love how versatile this look can be depending on how you style it and which specific turtlenecks, jeans, and boots you pair together. You can see an example of this go-to look in the photos below, this is from a quick trip to SF, one of Brod and I’s favorite cities to visit. I kept this look more on the casual side, but again we had meetings this particular day and an event that night, and I felt perfectly comfortable in this look.
